I have a mobile massage bed which can be brought to your home or treatments can be given at my home gym.
Whatever your current fitness level, you are unlikely to not benefit from a sports massage.
You may have constant tight hamstrings, which in turn pull on the lumber spine causing pain. Regular stretching and massage treatment will almost certainly improve this.
