PERSONAL TRAINING 07717663397
Available to visit your home or an outside space for Personal Training. Training that works towards your goals, whatever they may be. Whatever your current level of fitness.
It makes no difference if you are in the worst shape of your life, improvements start when you want them to. I've trained people of all types from business and fitness backgrounds, male, female, young and old. The reason they improved is because they wanted to, I can encourage all day long but unless you're willing to make the sacrifices needed to begin your improvements, there's no point. Save your money!
As far as I'm concerned so long as you leave your ego at home, you are welcome to come and train.
I have a number of qualifications including Dan grades / Instructor certificates in Martial Arts, Boxing, Self defence, along with Level 2 Gym Instruction, Level 3 Personal training, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, Level 4 Nutrition Coach, Kettlebells, Core stability, Indoor Cycling, Assisted Stretching & Flexibility Coach, TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) Instructor, Circuit training, Practical Pilates, Pratical Yoga , Golf Fitness Specialisation, Stroke Rehabilitation Instructor (Arni) etc.
However more importantly I've gained the experience that is paramount as a trainer. Along the way I've met and trained with great instructors/fighters including the late Master Choi, Bafta awarded Geoff Thompson, Alex Desousa, Glen Smith, Al Peasland, Brian McCarthy to name just a few.
It's by training with different Instructors that makes a rounded trainer / coach. Experience will always be more important than certificates.
I don't claim to be the best but I have put in the hours and sweat.
By putting yourself in uncomfortable situations, you will evolve.
Prior to competitions, seminars and training courses I've experienced nerves and fear but only by accepting the fear can you improve.
So if you are feeling nervous, do it anyway. When I was young all I wanted was a black belt and was willing to suffer whatever to achieve it - I passed with a distinction under Master Raymond Choi in 1994. Since then I took the same attitude to gain whatever certificate I wanted but always aware nothing was to be given, only earned.
Only then could I stand by what I had. Regardless of what training you've done or haven't done, if you'd like to book a personal training session, book it. If you don't enjoy it, no one will force you to continue, but if you do persevere at the very least you will learn something about yourself.
